South Korea, 1980. The recent assassination of President Park by the intelligence services allows the army to regain control of the state. North Korea sees in this situation an opportunity to prepare itself for a possible invasion and sends one of its spies to the neighboring country. Two South Korean security officials must hunt down the infiltrator in a race against time to save the fate of the nation.
