Zhou Zenong, a gangster who has just been released from prison, becomes a fugitive after a gang meeting ends in the death of a policeman. Trying to hide while he recovers from his injuries, Zhou meets Liu Aiai, a prostitute who may have been sent to help him, or else to deliver him to the police captain. Pursued by gangs and by a police device that seems to encompass the entire city, Zhou will have to face the limits of what he is willing to sacrifice.
