After spending several years in Paris, Selma returns home to Tunis with the improbable mission of setting up a psychotherapy practice on the roof of the building she lives in. Her family and neighbors are less than enthusiastic about the idea, but surprisingly the demand for her services quickly outstrips her ability to meet it.
