A jewish barber, a former combatant of the Great War, come back home after few years recovering of a serious injury in a foreign hospital. When he get home, he realizes that his country is under Hynkel's hands, a fascist dictator in favor of the marginalization of Jews in ghettos. While the barber meets beautiful Hannah, the tyrant makes plans to take over the world.
