Fleeing a revolution in his country, King Shahdov of Estrovia takes refue in New York. Ruined by his prime minister, he agrees to participate in commercials for a living. The King takes under his protection, a kid whose parents are being persecuted by the Anti- American Activities Commiteé. This fact cause unexpected consequencies.
