1947. A New York couple travels to Africa in serch of new experiences that can revitalize and save their marriage. Accompanied by a rich young travel companion they go into the Sahara Desert. As they escape from themselves and civilization, mysterious events will change their lives forever. While they fight against the suffocating heat of Africa in the middle of a sudden love triangle, each of them will question their beliefs and experiences.
