Documentary about the reality of gleaners, people who, whether out of need, activism, or pure chance, collect the objects discarded by others. The film focuses on those who walk through already‑harvested fields in search of a forgotten tuber, or those who wander through Parisian markets during off‑hours. Always following those who insist on finding usefulness in what society has thrown away, the camera itself becomes a gleaner too, selecting and gathering images.
