While walking through a subway station, the famous writer Yosuke Mikura discovers Barbara, a strange apparently drunk woman who recites poetry. Mikura decides to take her home. Barbara becomes the shadow that accompanies Mikura everywhere. The writer becomes obsessed with knowing the secrets she hides.
