A girl is found with her extremities amputated. Han-su and Min-tae, two detectives with a long rivalry, begin to investigate the case. Apparently, it is easily solved when Han-su detains the presumable suspect, but it soon turns into a mystery when Min-tae raises suspicion about the recently arrested. Meanwhile, Han-su finds someone who insists on knowing the real culprit. Besides, this curious character kills a drug dealer in front of him and talks him into a secret pact. Soon, the time comes for Han-su to make a decision.
