SUMMARY OF THE EIGHTH DAY OF THE BCN FILM FEST 2025

Red carpet on Verdi Street with actor RALPH FIENNES, who came to the BCN FILM FEST to receive the Honorary Award and attend the Spanish premiere of his latest film, THE RETURN. The screening was followed by a Q&A with Fiennes himself, director Uberto Pasolini and actress Ángela Molina.

World premiere of the documentary LLUM, FOC, DESTRUCCIÓ! in the Anime day section, with a subsequent Q&A by the directors Oriol Estrada and Benet Román.

The film UNA QUINTA PORTUGUESA was screened at Verdi 4, followed by a Q&A with director Avelina Prat and actors Manolo Solo and Branka Katić.

The director of Sitges Film Festival, Ángel Sala, presented the screening of the film MEMORIES at Verdi 2.
