SUMMARY OF THE FIFTH DAY OF THE BCN FILM FEST 2025

The widespread power outage that affected the power supply throughout the state resulted in the cancellation of the afternoon sessions of the festival.

However, the CINEMA TALKS BY ESCAC at CASA SEAT took place normally. Both session 3, “Les pel-lícules dels estudiants de cinema als festivals” and session 4, “Ruta de distribució de cinema comercial vs autoral”.

In the late afternoon, after the electricity was restored at the VERDI cinemas, the screening of PATERNAL LEAVE took place at Verdi 4. This was followed by an impromptu discussion with actress Alissa Jung and actors Luca Marinelli and Juli Grabenhenrich.
