Antonio, the director of a major newspaper, has to choose his successor. Maca, a woman who is committed to cooperation between members of the company and not to verticality at work, will compete against the other deputy director, Vargas, a manipulative journalist. The night in which Antonio explains to Maca the selection process to him, both remain locked up in the newspaper by a strong storm. During this night they will talk in depth, discuss and reveal transcendental issues of life, journalism, love, death and sex.
