Doctor Héctor Abad Gómez, a charismatic social leader and family man, was a important human rights activist, in the polarized and violent Medellín of the 1970s. He spent the last years of his life, until the very night he fell murder, in defense of human rights. What we forget will be the loving, patient and detailed reconstruction of his life, through the memory of a city and a family.
