New York, 1953. Welsh poet Dylan Thomas is on tour. The poetry lectures he offers and which captivate the public must save him from ruin, after a life of excesses. But these are the poet's last days. One day, at the White Horse Tavern, he drinks 18 double whiskeys. His fantasies, his memories and an uncertain present merge into a wild and surreal farewell to the world.
