On 20 January 1942, leading representatives of the German Nazi regime gathered in a villa in Berlin-Wannsee for a meeting that went down in history as the Wannsee Conference, at which the systematic murder of millions of Jews was decided. Based on the minutes of this meeting, which were recorded by Adolf Eichmann and constitute a key document of the Holocaust.
