Frederick Sálomon, a war photojournalist who gained international fame for capturing the image of a young girl being blown up by a bomb blast, returns twenty years later to the country where he took the famous picture. He is returning to collect an award, as many believe his controversial photo has been instrumental in efforts to bring peace to the troubled country. But Hanna, a local journalist accompanying him, disagrees. In fact, she wants to kill him.
