Year 2006. The kingdom of Bhutan is moving towards democracy. In preparation for the elections, the government organizes mock votes with the idea of preparing the population for something they do not know. Meanwhile, in the city of Ura, an old lama orders a monk to get him a gun to face the imminent regime change. The valuable rifle he obtains is a piece wanted by an American gun collector.
