On the eve of her 10th birthday, Sofía loses her father in an accident that changes everything. Now she lives alone with her mother, Juana, facing a reality they never imagined: the thin line that separates stability from poverty is crumbling under their feet. Juana fights desperately to protect Sofia from the insecurity and depression that haunt her, trying to maintain a semblance of normality. Meanwhile, Sofia finds refuge in her passion for the theatre, where the magic of rehearsals for the end-of-year play seems to offer her a momentary escape from her reality. But the emotional wounds they both carry will test their bond. Will this family be able to rise again when they have already lost everything?
