Based on the true story of Ousman Umar, a young Ghanaian who leaves his village drawn by the idea of the “country of the white people,” a distant place that fuels his curiosity. After a journey full of obstacles, he arrives in Barcelona and discovers that life there is not what he had imagined. Until he meets Montse, who welcomes him into her family and offers him not only love and support but also the possibility of a future. Ousman not only seizes that opportunity but transforms it into something much greater.
