The fifth edition of the Barcelona International Film Festival - Sant Jordi (BCN FILM FESTIVAL), which will take place this year between April 15th and 23rd, celebrates its IV Screenwriters and Industry Day. For yet another year, this activity will be enjoyed as its own space and a meeting point for prominent professionals from the film industry and the public.
In this edition, two Q&A will be held, guaranteeing capacity restrictions and recommended security measures.
Both Q&A will take place at CASA SEAT (Passeig de Gràcia, 109), a collaborating entity of the festival, on April 21st at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. respectively.

Q&A in which scriptwriters and directors, together with audiovisual producers, will address the creative process as a team and the development of projects from their conception to their release in theaters.

Jaime Rosales
Director, scriptwriter and producer of "La soledad",
“Hermosa Juventud", or “Petra”.
Winner of the Critics Award at the Cannes Film Festival for “La soledad”.
Celia Rico
Director, scriptwriter and producer of “Viaje al cuarto de una madre".
Nominated for the Goya for Best New Director for "Viaje al cuarto de una madre", and
at the Venice Film Festival for her short "Luisa no está en casa".
Sandra Tapia
Producer of films like “El árbol de la sangre” by Julio Medem,
or “Madre” by Rodrigo Sorogoyen.
Bárbara Díez
Producer of films like “Petra” and “Hermosa Juventud”
by Jaime Rosales.
The table will be moderated by Valérie Delpierre, president of Proficció and producer of the winner of the Goya for Best Film 2021 "Las niñas", by Pilar Palomero and films such as
"Estiu1993" and "Uno para todos".

Q&A in which film directors and cinematographers will discuss the work of photography in the seventh art and will share methodologies and ways of plantting the camera, as well as the work they do together until they reach a single voice.

Winner of multiple Goya awards as Best Films and Best Direction.
David Ilundain
Director and scriptwriter of "B" and “Uno para todos”.
Winner of the Special Award at the Feroz Awards,
and nominated for Goya for 'B'.
Xavi Giménez
DOP of films like “Luces rojas”,
by Rodrigo Cortés, “Ágora” by Alejandro Amenábar,
or “Contratiempo" by Oriol Paulo. Winner of numerous awards,
among them the Goya Award for Best Photography for “Ágora”.
Isaac Vila
Director of photography for movies and Tv shows like “Bajocero" by Lluís Quílez
or "El desorden que dejas".
