Justo Gil, a young man full of ambitions, arrives to the prosperous and promising Barcelona of the 60s with nothing in his pockets and ready to become a successful man. In his career towards the top, he will meet Carme Román, a young aspiring actress with whom he will initiate a love story, and Mateo Moreno, police officer of the feared Social Brigade who will introduce him into a dark network of espionage and delations.
