1968. Esteban Guerra, a young RTVE executive, receives an assignment: Spain must win the Eurovision Song Contest. Eager for publicity, Esteban takes charge of the project alongside the eccentric Artur Kaps, creator of the great television shows of the time. Together they embark on 'Operation Eurovision', a plan to find the ideal song and performer to project the government's image of modernity.
